The average profile of a class in the Executive MBA is senior

with an average age of 39 and 18 years of professional experience. Generally, more than 40% are partners, directors, or superintendents, while the remaining participants primarily serve as senior managers.

The minimum profile required to participate in the selection process is for professionals with a degree and 10 years of experience, or 5 years of experience at the managerial level, with good knowledge of English. Classes in Brazil are taught in Portuguese and course materials for classes and international immersions may be in English.

Female Leadership - Executive Women Connect

Here, female leadership is not a trend. It is a reality!

We seek to increase female representation in both the classroom and leadership positions within major corporations.

With the goal of recognizing women’s talent, potential, and professional journeys, while creating meaningful opportunities for female leaders to accelerate their careers, we established the Women in Leadership Program. Through this initiative, we offer partial scholarships for the International Executive MBA, encouraging and supporting the development of women in leadership roles.

Throughout the program, participants experience a journey of growth and connection that includes mentoring sessions through the Women’s Leadership Mentorship Program, exclusive events, high-level networking opportunities, and access to the Executive Women Connect community, fostering meaningful connections, knowledge sharing, and continuous professional development.
