The average profile of a class in the Executive MBA is senior

with an average age of 39 and 18 years of professional experience. Generally, more than 40% are partners, directors, or superintendents, while the remaining participants primarily serve as senior managers.

The minimum profile required to participate in the selection process is for professionals with a degree and 10 years of experience, or 5 years of experience at the managerial level, with good knowledge of English. Classes in Brazil are taught in Portuguese and course materials for classes and international immersions may be in English.

Through this program, we offer partial scholarships for our International Executive MBA course to encourage and support women in their professional journeys.
